Facing Abuse in Community Environments (FACE)

According to the FACE team, they aim “to foster safe community environments by holding abusive religious and community leadership accountable”. The organization was formed in 2017 in order to bridge the leadership accountability gap. They currently provide an accessible platform whereby victims can anonymously report cases of abuse: spiritual, sexual, physical, and/or financial. Ultimately, upon extensive research and investigation, a misconduct report is published disclosing information on the offender. The idea is that by providing a website with access to numerous religious offenders, citizens in the community can protect themselves and their loved ones from falling prey to such vices.
