The team met each other during the first lab and that weekend met up outside of the lab to get to know one another better. We met with a parent from the elementary school who explained what the garden looks like and the purpose behind implementing that into their school system. We then assigned team roles for each person and started looking into the Boys Scouts project to gain an idea for how we should move forward. We came up with a basic idea of what the solar panels will be used for based on what the elementary school parent had told us on what they might be looking for. We used the diagram that the school sent us to develop an idea of how the garden looks and where we might put the solar panels. We also finished the project brief and submitted that.
