Vice President for Student Affairs

  • Please note several upcoming volunteer opportunities for Student Affairs staff. I hope to see you at one of these events for our students:
    • May 12: Student Affairs Farwell Party, 8-10:30 p.m., immediately following the university commencement ceremony. Volunteer opportunities include handing out snacks and other activities as assigned. Please volunteer! As thanks, you may receive comp time for working the 2.5-hour shift. How and when you utilize that time should be arranged with your supervisor. As an alternative, non-exempt staff may receive payment for compensatory hours.
    • May 15-17: Grads on the Green—contact Liz Ramirez for time slot availability.

Senior Associate Vice President

  • May 10: QPR Suicide Prevention Training Part II, 1-2:30 p.m., Galaxy Room A. Open to staff who have completed Part I.

Dean of Students

  • Activities and services for the week of April 26: Students referred for BAIT (18), academic dishonesty (30). Student/staff meetings (22), hearings (2), dean certifications (2).
