- Welcome to another fall semester! I hope you were able to get away this summer or enjoy quiet time with family or friends. As we celebrate Weeks of Welcome and the arrival/return of students, please remember to support your colleagues at their events as your workload allows. As I shared at the division meeting a few weeks ago, there are hurdles ahead, but I believe that together we can navigate these changes and come out stronger than ever.
