Parking & Meeting Rooms
When you arrive at UTD, you can park in any of the Green parking spaces for free. The meeting will be occurring in the new Sciences Building, and lunch will be provided at Dining Hall West. In the map below, we have highlighted these buildings, as well as good areas to park. Green spots are located on the roof of the two parking structures shown, as well as in Lot T.
Once you arrive in the Sciences building, the Welcome and Keynote Speaker will be in SCI 1.220, and the following rooms will be where each presentation session will be hosted. At any time, you can also use SCI 3.230 to prepare or wait until a later presentation.
