Reserve a Study Room

Study rooms are available for reservation by currently enrolled students during regular library hours. It is important for patrons to check their UTD email accounts for any notifications regarding due date changes, courtesy reminders and overdue notices.

Each room reservation is limited to a maximum of four hours, with one active reservation allowed per 24-hour period. Reservations will be held for 15 minutes past the scheduled start time, after which the room becomes available to others. Please remember a physical Comet Card is required to check out study room keys.
