Introducing My Total Rewards Statements

The Office of Human Resources is pleased to announce the revised My Total Rewards Statement — an annualized statement of your compensation and benefits package as a UT Dallas employee. The statement reflects the total estimated annualized value of your base and other applicable pay (i.e., longevity) and other state and UT Dallas benefits.

The statements are personalized and based on an individual’s estimated earnings and benefits selections as of Dec. 1, 2022. For employees paid over 12 months, we calculated pay, insurance, and Teacher Retirement System (TRS) deductions based on your 2022 pay and benefits selections multiplied by 12 (or multiplied by nine for faculty and graduate student employees paid over nine months). Certain exceptions may occur if there are changes in your benefits selections mid-calendar year. Voluntary and Optional Retirement Program (ORP) amounts are actual calendar year-to-date amounts as of Dec. 1, 2022.

The statement will be available to all benefits-eligible employees except for new hires who were not on payroll as of the Dec. 1, 2022 pay date. The statement will not be available for employees not eligible for benefits.
